Youth Use of E-Cigarettes Jumped 78%, Government Study Shows

Youth use of e-cigarettes soared between 2017 and 2018, thanks largely to the popularity of the Juul and similar thumb-drive shaped vaporizers, according to a federal survey released Thursday.
